Tequila Arette is 100% Blue Weber Agave and 100% estate grown, meaning everything in the bottle is farmed by the Orendain family in the valley around the town of Tequila. Arette is produced at the El Llano Distillery, which is the oldest family run tequila distillery operating in Mexico. Eduardo Orendain (4th gen.) and his brother Jaime Orendain run operations while Eduardo Orendain (5th gen.) promotes the brand internationally. Family owned and operated, field to glass and certainly delicious. Everything you want in a tequila!
We first had the honor of tasting Arette nearly ten years ago when visiting the town of Tequila. The flavor stands well above many others and the quality of distillation far surpasses even more. By using roller mill processing and a 50/50 split of slow-cook autoclave and brick oven roasting, Arette is also affordable. Whether you’re making margaritas or tequila old-fashioneds, you’ll be extremely happy with the outcome of your cocktails. Or, why not drink it straight? The tequila is deserving enough, that’s for sure!
Aria is the gin you always want stocked in your bar. Whether you are a bartender looking for your next house gin or a lover of G&Ts on the porch at home, this is for you. It was created by a Portland based bartender who needed a local product for classic gin drinks. However, it’s depth, complexity and balance allows it to accomplish so much more. Versatile, cost efficient and made by hand in Northwest Portland, Aria is there for you.
Aria is true to the London Dry style in distillation technique and ingredients. This award winning gin (gold in everything it ever entered!) uses 10 botanicals, of which all are certified fair-trade, 98% organic and completely non-GMO. Stop by the tasting room in NW Portland sometime to try a cocktail flight, we’d be happy to show you around.
Raicilla is the recognized name for a mezcal produced in the state of Jalisco and can be made from any agave other than the Blue Weber agave. La Venenosa is labeled by region because each expression represents a specific style and usually a single producer. While a specific agave usually pertains to each region, ensambles are not out of the question. These expressions use a variety of methods including tree trunk distillation, abnormally long fermentation times that produce blue cheese like tasting notes, and above ground oven roasting. These are truly unique mezcals worth adventuring into.
This artesanal mezcal is made by a fourth generation farmer and mezcalero, Enrique Jimenez. Made with mature, estate grown agave which is cooked, crushed, and distilled in the most traditional of ways. The Unico, an artesanal non-traditional mezcal, uses steam cooking instead of underground roasting which leads to a powerful expression without smoke. The pechuga is made in the traditional sense, in small batches and a limited number of times a season. Fidencio is perfect for first time mezcal drinkers as well as full time agave nerds.
Sotol is made from the desert plant Dasylirion, of which 16 varieties exist. Genetically different from agave, distillates from this plant belong in their own category but resonate well with mezcal and gin drinkers. While production methods are the same as mezcal, sotol has a character all of its own and worth a spot on your bar.

El Lobo De La Sierra is both a living legend and a very dear friend of ours. He has been involved in La Venenosa’s Puntas expression before creating his own brand using all of his own agaves where he chooses to not remove one tree before planting his fields. He has a love for life and everything around him and respects the earth and the flavors he is able to produce from agave. He is always experimenting with new agaves all of the time so look to him for wild maguey ensambles.
Origen Raiz is an eco conscious brand built with love and respect by Asis Cortés who believes in the full experience that one should have drinking mezcal. To him, his products are about being thankful and appreciating the company around you while sipping on unique and amazing spirits. Each batch is carefully created from his father Don Valentine Cortés. They believe that every batch will have its unique identity that makes it special and worth celebrating.

Ten Generations of the Ferrand family are represented in every bottle of Pierre Ferrand Cognac. Planteray Rum brings the terroir of different Caribbean countries to you in the form of a tasty spirit. Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel of Ferrand cognac started selling his ex-cognac barrels to so many different rum distilleries he had to discover for himself what the end product tasted like. This led him on a journey of sunshine and sugarcane where he learned how much the agriculture of different islands effected the flavor of the spirit. Each year, single barrel releases are produced to capture unique and one of a kind flavor experiences like no other.

Novo Fogo cachaça grows their sugarcane organically, without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers, in order to protect our fragile rainforest ecosystem (including to our people!). Instead of using machines or burning the fields prior to harvest, they rely on the capable hands of a small field team that cuts the cane with machetes. To ensure freshness, their cane is immediately transported to the nearby distillery building within hours to be pressed. They are a ZERO-WASTE producer that strongly believes that by doing their part by recycling all the byproducts from the cachaça-making process, they will ultimately reduce their impact on the earth.
